Registration & Hotel Information


Complimentary Sponsor Registration

Please click here to register your complimentary sponsor attendees, according to your sponsorship level.

  • Platinum sponsors are allowed to register ten (10) complimentary attendees
  • Gold sponsors are allowed to register five (5) complimentary attendees
  • Silver sponsors are allowed to register two (2) complimentary attendees

Any additional attendees should be registered through the ISH 2010 website. If you have any questions or need assistance with registration, please contact Glenda Freeman, Registration Manager, via phone at 1-778-338-4142 or via email at glenda@seatoskymeetings.com.

Complimentary Exhibitor Area Only Passes

All exhibitors must be registered. Each exhibitor will receive up to five (5) Exhibitor Area Only (EAO) passes per 10’x10’ space. Please fill in the EAO Online Registration Form by September 17, 2010.

Hotel Bookings

There are a limited number of discounted accommodations available at select hotels near the Vancouver Convention Centre. Sponsor Booth Equipment

Please note Carpet, Tables, Chairs, Electrical and a basic hardwall structure will be provided on a complimentary basis, upon request, for Silver, Gold & Platinum Sponsors, as well as Corporate Supporters and Institutional Sponsors. Please fill in the Complimentary Sponsor Booth Equipment Request Form (PDF) before August 30, 2010.



Hardwall

Hardwall shells will be provided for all exhibit booths on a complimentary basis. If you have a 10' x 10' exhibit booth and are bringing an exhibit structure (pop-up or Nimlok) that exceeds 118" (299cm), please notify Show Management (Adam Radminiski - adam@seatoskymeetings.com) before August 30, 2010.



Carpet

***Carpet is required for all exhibit booths.***

If you would like to bring in an alternate flooring system, it must be first approved by Show Management.

The facility has a concrete floor. Show Management, however, will be providing Aisle Carpet (Royal Blue).
